Forensic Service Manager
£40,000 pro rata at 0.8 FTE
Respond is looking to recruit a service manager for its forensic service. The successful candidate will take the lead in developing and growing the forensic service for young people and adults with learning disabilities or autism. You will provide leadership as well as providing some psychotherapeutic assessment and treatment for individuals. You will also provide case management support for other service users. You must have significant experience and understanding of forensic matters, especially the reasons why people with learning disabilities or autism may offend and/or develop perversions. The role is a 4 day/week post. Respond provides excellent clinical supervision with an external consultant, as well access to training and monthly team dynamics sessions.
