Helpline Volunteer


In April 2013 we will be launching a helpline for former residents, their friends, family and other people close to the abuse that occurred at Winterbourne View.

The Respond Helpline is a national, free service where callers can be anonymous and supported in a safe, professional way.  Callers may be seeking emotional support, practical advice or sign-posting to other resources.

Volunteer Therapists                      


Each year we have a small number of placements available for therapists who have completed at least one year’s therapy training. In return for your commitment we offer a comprehensive range of training and supervision. If you are interested in working therapeutically with people with learning disabilities please Click Here
