Supporting people with learning disabilities, their families, carers and professionals affected by trauma and abuse
Respond provides a range of services to both victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse who have learning disabilities and those who have been affected by other trauma. Our services extend to support and training for families, carers and professionals.

**Marathon news**
For the first time ever, Respond has a runner in the 2010 London Marathon! Please support our dedicated volunteer runner, Giles French, in his quest to raise money for Respond's unique and specialist services. You can do this by going to his webpage:
London Training

Campaigns
Respond employs a Policy & Campaigns Officer for 3 days per week to lead and implement Respond's Policy and Campaigning work in the following areas:
- To raise awareness and influence public attitudes towards people with learning disabilities specifically around Disability Hate Crime (DHC) in the Capital
- To promote better protectino and equal access to justice for people with learning disabilities living in the London area who have experienced DHC
