Supporting people with learning disabilities, their families, carers and professionals affected by trauma and abuse

Respond provides a range of services to both victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse who have learning disabilities and those who have been affected by other trauma. Our services extend to support and training for families, carers and professionals.

Loss and Bereavement Group

Respond is setting up a Loss and Bereavement group for people with learning disabilities, who have suffered a loss or are coming to terms with their own mortality. Assessments are due to start soon. For more information Download Flyer Here or Call 020 7874 5481. Download Referal Form Here.

 Internal Training 2008

Respond have now released the dates and titles of their internal training for 2008.

 Campaigns

We campaign along with two other learning disability charities, Voice UK and the Ann Craft Trust. We work together because we think it is more effective that way, so we can share information and knowledge.
