assessments for PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILTIES

RISK ASSESSMENT

The client is offered a maximum of twelve sessions with a Respond therapist in which to explore allegations of sexual offending.  This process includes a detailed examination of the client’s family history, social development and level of learning disability in addition to the client’s forensic profile.  The process also includes a pre-Assessment and post-Assessment inter-agency meeting and a written report highlighting the presence of any psychopathology.  This encompasses risk management recommendations on residential, day-care and treatment options.
